Gyöngyvér Papp-Gerlei is the Chief Executive Officer of 2Connect. From 1 March 2024, she served as the Chief Executive Officer of Antenna Hungária Zrt. A graduate in commercial economics, she has more than two decades of sales and senior management experience in the telecommunications sector. She spent 15 years at Invitel Távközlési Zrt. and its predecessor companies, followed by three years at Canon Hungária Kft., where she gained multinational operational experience in managing sales in Hungary.

In 2019, she joined Antenna Hungária as Chief Commercial Officer, later serving as Deputy CEO for Operations, responsible for managing the company’s day-to-day operations. As Acting Managing Director, she played an important role in the transformation of DIGI Távközlési és Szolgáltató Kft. As a leader, she has extensive experience in corporate transformation and reorganisation, actively contributing to the growth of the 4iG Group’s telecommunications portfolio.

As Director of Wholesale at 2Connect, Attila Barta is responsible for serving the company’s domestic and international telecommunications partners, as well as for the strategic management of the commercial division. He holds a degree in economics and completed his MSc and MBA studies at Corvinus University of Budapest.

He began his career at Matáv, then joined Ericsson and Pantel before moving to Invitel in 2001, where he held various sales leadership positions. From 2007, he served as Invitel’s Director of Wholesale, and from 2016 as head of the domestic wholesale division of Invitech Solutions Zrt. During the transformation of 4iG Group’s telecommunications companies, he managed wholesale operations, and at 2Connect he is responsible for the strategic direction of all commercial activities. His professional focus includes the continued development of Hungary’s wholesale market and maintaining its high standards by European benchmarks.

As the leader of 2Connect’s technology and engineering strategy, Ádám Bognár brings more than two decades of experience across the IT and telecommunications sectors. Throughout his career, he has built deep expertise in complex enterprise environments, focusing on the design and operation of network architectures, critical infrastructure, and corporate IT systems.

As CTO, Ádám oversees the technological direction of 2Connect’s network and data center solutions, with a strong emphasis on innovation and the development of future-ready infrastructure. Under his leadership, the company places strategic focus on network expansion and the implementation of high-availability, scalable, and secure systems, providing a robust and reliable foundation for partners’ business-critical services.

His work is defined by structured thinking, a strong commitment to continuous improvement, and a technology-driven mindset closely aligned with business objectives. Ádám plays a key role in ensuring that 2Connect’s infrastructure is prepared not only for today’s requirements, but also for the digital challenges of tomorrow.

As Deputy Chief Executive Officer for Finance at 2Connect, Lilla Rados is responsible for managing the company’s financial performance and directing its financial processes. She has more than two decades of experience in financial management, gained in the telecommunications sector and in Big Four management consulting.

During her career, she played a significant role in leading the financial organisations of Magyar Telekom Group, where she managed complex resource optimisation and corporate transformation projects. In her current position at 2Connect, she focuses on effective resource management and creating a foundation for long-term, sustainable business and financial growth.

As Director of Operations at 2Connect, Tamás Amrich is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the reliable operation of the company’s network equipment, facilities, and data centers. He has more than three decades of experience in building and operating telecommunications networks, having spent his entire career in the telecommunications industry.

From 1990, he worked as an entrepreneur, later joining FibreNet Kommunikációs Zrt., Invitel Távközlési Zrt., and DIGI Távközlési és Szolgáltató Kft. through successive acquisitions. For him, operational tasks are inseparable from quality assurance. Beyond his technical work, he has also gained significant experience in planning and executing corporate and organisational transformations, as well as in introducing new processes and systems. At 2Connect, he is dedicated to maintaining high-availability, reliable technical services and contributing to operational excellence.

As Director of Information Technology at 2Connect, István Gál is responsible for defining and implementing the company’s IT strategy, as well as for the secure and efficient operation of its IT systems. He earned his degree in electrical engineering from the Budapest University of Technology and Economics.

With three decades of experience in IT and enterprise support functions—on both the vendor and corporate sides—he has participated in major transformation and consolidation projects in the hotel, pharmaceutical wholesale, meat processing, and energy sectors, where he integrated not only IT systems but also organisations and processes. At MAVIR, beyond managing and developing critical IT infrastructure, he also led unified process and project management and the physical security division as Deputy CEO. In 2017, he was named CIO of the Year by the Association of IT Leaders. At 2Connect, he focuses on developing and consolidating systems that support technical and commercial operations, advancing digital transformation, and effectively addressing cybersecurity challenges.

As Director of Technical Services at 2Connect, Gábor Mihályi is responsible for operating the company’s access network layer, connecting partners’ end customers, and overseeing the customer experience, as well as leading passive network field force activities. He has more than three decades of experience in the telecommunications industry, beginning his career in 1991 at the predecessor of Magyar Telekom.

Between 2005 and 2012, he served as Deputy CEO for Technology and Business Development at Pro-M Zrt., where he was in charge of the technical management of the EDR network build-out and operations. He later held various technical operations leadership roles at Magyar Telekom, and from 2016 headed its wholesale directorate, managing annual transactions exceeding HUF 20 billion. In November 2020, he joined T-Systems Hungary as Director of Operations and Standard Solutions, responsible for operating enterprise IT systems and managing standardised services. He became part of 2Connect’s predecessor, DIGI, in 2022. At 2Connect, he is committed to ensuring the continuous delivery of high-availability, reliable technical services.

Attila Mosolygó, Director of Optical Networks at 2Connect, oversees the strategic and operational planning and development of the company’s high-capacity, nationwide optical infrastructure.

With more than three decades of experience in telecommunications network development and operations—particularly in gigabit access technologies and the creation of reliable, scalable optical systems—he has played a strategic role in numerous network build-out and modernisation programmes, including Hungary’s Superfast Internet Programme, contributing to nationwide coverage expansion and digital infrastructure growth.

A recipient of the “Fiber Oscar” award, he has led the introduction of modern optical networks to more than two million households. At 2Connect, his focus areas include the development and operation of optical access, aggregation, and backbone networks.

As Director of Network at 2Connect, Zoltán Somogyi is responsible for the design, development, and operation of the company’s network infrastructure. He has more than 15 years of domestic and international experience in the ICT sector, specialising in large-scale enterprise network solutions and equipment management.

The projects he has managed have focused on building high-availability systems and applying and integrating innovative technology solutions in practice. At 2Connect, his main task is to ensure the continuous development of the network backbone and the deployment of the most advanced technologies to deliver reliable and future-proof services.

As HR Business Partner at 2Connect, Andrea Dacsinecz plays a key role in shaping and implementing the company’s human resources strategy. She has nearly two decades of experience across various HR disciplines, including recruitment, performance management, and organisational development.

She earned her undergraduate degree in social security and labour relations from the University of Szeged, followed by a postgraduate degree in labour studies from the University of Pécs. In 2019, she completed an online course at the University of Minnesota, gaining up-to-date knowledge of international HR practices, and in 2025 she earned a Master’s degree in Human Resources Consulting from MATE. At 2Connect, she works closely with the leadership team and employees to strengthen engagement and corporate culture. She is dedicated to continuous development and innovative HR solutions that contribute to the long-term success of 2Connect.
